Don’t Get Hit By a Rocket

Well, this Diwali, we decided to walk on the streets of the city and watch the fireworks. Fun.

It somewhat turned out to be a good idea. We almost got hit by a rocket. Missed me by few inches. Fun.

[Incase you are wondering what Diwali is, check here. Incase you already know, I hope that I put up more photographs later. Soon. Fun.]

Besides, wishing all, Happy Fireworks.

Perspectives

Baoli is a term for stepwell in hindi. The one I shot here is locally popular as ‘Agrasen ki Baoli‘ in Delhi. We went once and were late. I could just take around 30 photographs in abrupt 15 minutes with the security guards on the trail.

And with the few photographs I could manage to take, here is my first try at multi-perspective collage.

Hoping to try out more perpective shots of the Baoli, the next time I go a bit early.

1+1=1

Shot two years back in Bangalore, photographs of sunsets and clouds merged together to form one parallel sky. These photographs were shot on the same day.

Why Did The Elephant Fall?

“This is Cherrapunji and this is where the elephant fell.”

“And my friend was still trying to figure out how did the elephant fall.”

The Home

Home is an arbitrary word for escape. Now escape can mean different things. And what exactly do you do when you are home? I prefer playing the shadow man.

People do not wish to become a fool until they are alone. I do not mind such consequences……….. sometimes!

Anyways, do you wanna listen to this beautiful song?

Spot Spot

Spot Spot, as its name implies, is a traditional find the difference game developed by Gilsu Kim. Same as most find the differences games, all you need to do in Spot Spot is to find the all different spots between two almost same images.

WHICH IS MOSTLY IRRELEVANT.

The Kids are Alright

One room.  Two Semi-Kids.  Fun is balloons.

Balloons are fun.

Not without the colours_

Red Blue White.   We have all Kinds.

But how does it matter?

Well…….

The Kids are alright

Lost Girl

Motion blur is the apparent streaking of rapidly moving objects in a still image or a sequence of images such as a movie or animation. It results when the image being recorded changes during the recording of a single frame, either due to rapid movement or long exposure.”

These definitely are the exact lines from wiki and in that case, I have something to add in the last sentence. How about a ‘yes’?

_The rapid movement here being her right leg, which definitely is not my concern now and and and which is why I have a different story here.

Clouds are always lighter than the Rain

Therefore, clouds float above the rain.
